How long does institute setup take?
Registration takes under 3 minutes. Once approved by our team, you can add your classes, teachers, and students in under 10 minutes.
What payment methods are supported?
Currently, we support manual payment verification via JazzCash and Easypaisa as well as direct Bank Transfer.
What happens when a student is promoted?
When a student is promoted from Grade 10 to Grade 11, their login ID updates dynamically (e.g. from ALQ-G10-001 to ALQ-G11-004). If they accidentally enter their old ID, the system notifies them of their updated code and all previous attendance and fee records remain attached.
Can teachers access other classes' data?
No. Teachers are strictly scoped to only the classes and subjects assigned to them by the Institute Owner.
